In addition to software modules and enhancements, ACSI will periodically make updates or fixes available to our customers that can easily be downloaded and tested. For customers who have multiple nodes or multiple sites, an automatic process for updating or installing a patch concurrently, can be developed with one of our engineers. At a scheduled date and time, an appointment with an engineer in the Competency Center can be arranged to insure the process is executed effectively, without unplanned interruption to your operation. ACSI will communicate our recommendations for critical updates and fixes to any known software issues.

From time to time, an ACSI engineer may request that you transmit to the Center additional data that may be useful in solving your problem, or more importantly, any data returned by ForensicsID that could prevent a security breach or business interrupt. That data can easily be uploaded to a secure server in a secure environment for analysis.
