Available 24 x 7 x 365, the eSupport Center is the primary element in the support infrastructure at ACSI. Customer ease of use drives the functionality and processes for eSupport. All that is required is a simple log in. As an ACSI customer, there is no need to register. We’ve already taken care of creating your profile, documenting pertinent environmental and site information, and know what ForensicsID products you purchased, and who to contact in your organization and what method of response you prefer. We will capture your communication, adding to our customer knowledge so that you never have to re-write, re-submit, or repeat a problem more than once.
